The work performed by DI/ECMR was very good, and resolved the issues identified in our basement. I highly recommend them.

If I could give them ten stars I deservingly would. Sean’s response time was immediate. He was able to accomplish a major task that three other water remediation companies could not. He saved half of my home with the promise that he would not leave until the job was done in completion (this is so rare in this environment). A man of his word (also rare). Most of all, he provided peace of mind which at that point was invaluable. Note: The job was done with no homeowners’ insurance involvement. Sean, I hope I will not need you again anytime soon, but highly recommend this company to anyone needing water/flood remediation. They are the BEST! CHEERS!

Came across some mold in our attic, made a few calls and the guys from East Coast Mold were out the next day. They provided what I feel like was [a thorough] inspection of the [affected] areas, made a few recommendations on insulation and within less than an hour we had a great proposal and scheduled date for removal. Removal day, the crew was on time and very professional. They explained everything they were doing, they were very kind and considerate as we were working from home and had teenager doing school from home, neither of us were distracted by noise. They cleaned up after themselves, took the time to explain why they had to remove more drywall than expected and what to expect next. We even had to contact East Coast Mold after the fact for help with our insurance claim. They were quick to respond and help even after their end of the job was done. Don’t see that kind of customer service very often these days. This experience has been well beyond what I expected. Highly recommend!!

East Coast Mold and their sister company DeVere repaired our leaky garage and did the mold remediation. The crew, led by Jacob, spent a considerable amount of time and effort on the project. There was a hiccup after the job was complete (to their credit – our garage has a strange construction), and Justin (sales) made sure that things were handled getting Alex (tech) to come out and remedy the situation.
