Joel Windsor is the General Manager for East Coast Mold Remediation. He started with DeVere Insulation in 1998. Prior to that he was in the construction industry building homes. While at DeVere, he worked his way up from the warehouse to a management role and wore many hats in between.
Joel enjoys solving comfort, energy efficiency and health problems in residential and commercial properties. Joel is certified as a mold remediation supervisor and has the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certificate (IICRC). As the senior estimator, Joel is the point person for any problems faced by employees or customers.
In his spare time he enjoys time with his family, travelling and problem solving around his own house.
Jaime’s experience with the DeVere team began in 2013 as a crew lead for DeVere Insulation Home Performance then quickly advanced to offering mold remediation services for East Coast Mold. In his current role as project manager, Jaime enjoys the pace and challenge of each project plus interacting with his team and customers.
When not supervising projects for DeVere and East Coast Mold Remediation, Jaime enjoys time with family and friends.
Finding a company that will invest in you is the secret to not only finding a good job, but creating a satisfying and successful career. Since 2019, Justin has found that connection with DeVere. He loves being on site, meeting new people, and his role with DeVere and East Coast Mold Remediation fulfills his desires. He treats each client’s home as their sanctuary. He loves to help and educate on home efficiency, then works to ensure it remains their haven.
Not quite sure what free time is, Justin enjoys driving his Jeep Wrangler on the beach and relaxing, particularly where cell phone service is sparse.
Christina began working with DeVere Insulation in 2016 where she’s been credit managing several of the companies under the DeVere umbrella. Recently, her role shifted to focus on East Coast Mold Remediation as an Administrative Assistant. She brings over 30 years of experience in the accounting field with her and is excited about expanding her knowledge on the estimate requests and scheduling. She enjoys interacting with customers and stands by her two-fold philosophy that “customers are the foundation of every company and without customers there is no company”, and that “you not only have external customers, but also internal customers.”
Christina loves to spend time with her family, relaxing, and working in her flower beds. She is most excited about becoming a grandma soon and loves cuddling her grand baby.
