Consider scheduling a mold air quality test before and after remediation (optional).
Make temporary relocation plans depending on the location of remediation and sensitivity of residents.
Be prepared to turn off your forced air system (HVAC system) at the beginning of remediation
Leave contaminated furniture, materials, etc in the affected area
