Prepare for Remediation

How to Prepare for Remediation Work in Your Home

Before our team arrives, please review and perform the following steps:

Address and fix all moisture problems before remediation is scheduled.
Consider scheduling a mold air quality test before and after remediation (optional).
Make temporary relocation plans depending on the location of remediation and sensitivity of residents.
Be prepared to turn off your forced air system (HVAC system) at the beginning of remediation.
Leave contaminated furniture, materials, etc. in the affected area.

We want to address any questions you have before remediation is scheduled and our team arrives.
If you have any questions, please call our office at 443-259-5010.
